The best thing to remember if the sim flight games are being used for different purposes like that of flight pilot training is to make sure that there is a special feature turned on that will not allow you to go back when you make a mistake. This means that you will have to figure out how to get out of the situations that you put yourself in while you are using the simulator. This really does require quite a bit more skill and can better prepare you in some ways for real flight if that is the route that you should choose.

In addition a simulator should be used in the right way when used for training. It can be beneficial in some ground training skills like how to land or take off without the obvious dangers that are otherwise associated. Either way you look at if you choose to use sim flight games for your training purposes you have to expect that a real flight is going to be quite a bit different and that although you might know the appropriate tools that you do not know the exact ways in which you should use them.
